Ingredients:
- 1 piece Aegean Sucukları Traditional Fermented Sucuk
- 3 green peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- Grated cheddar cheese for the top
First, lightly grease the casserole bowls with sunflower oil. Cut the Aegean Sausages Traditional Fermented Sausages in half and cut into thick slices. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the peppers. Place the sausage slices in the prepared casserole bowls, followed by the pepper and tomato pieces. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the casserole bowls inside. Keep in the oven until the sausages are soft and cooked. Then sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the bowls and return to the oven. When the cheddar cheese is melted and browned, remove the casserole bowls from the oven and serve hot.
