It is very easy to make spaghetti with sujuk and this practical taste comes to our tables as a very tasty dish. If it is made with our traditional fermented sujuks, it is inedible! In this article, we have included what you need to do step by step.


  • 400 grams of spaghetti pasta
  • 200 grams Traditional Aegean Fermented Sujuk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 spoonful butter


First, boil the spaghetti pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then, strain the water with the help of a strainer and set aside. Chop the onion into edibles and crush the garlic. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the chopped onions. Fry the onions until they turn pink. Add sausages on it and cook until the sausages are a little browned. Add the sausages on top and cook until the sausages are a little browned. Then add the garlic and fry until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and stir until the tomatoes are cooked. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and cayenne pepper to the pan. Next, add the butter and mix. Pour the sauce you prepared over the spaghetti pasta and mix well.
